Radiant Mind is designed with privacy as a core principle. The app operates entirely offline and stores all data locally on your device.

If you choose to use the optional Google Sync feature, the app will request access to your Google account solely to sync your data to your own Google Drive. We do not store your Google credentials. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.
Radiant Mind uses Google AdMob to display non-intrusive ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
The app includes an optional voice capture feature that uses on-device speech recognition (Whisper AI). Audio recordings are processed entirely on your device and are never sent to any server. You can delete your voice notes at any time from within the app.
With your permission, the app sends local notifications for check-in reminders, medication reminders, and timer alerts. These are scheduled locally on your device and do not involve any external push notification service.
All data is stored locally using encrypted on-device storage. Since no data leaves your device (unless you opt into Google Sync), there is no risk of server-side data breaches.
You can export your data at any time from the app's Settings screen. To delete all your data, simply uninstall the app or use the "Clear Data" option in Settings. Since data is stored locally, uninstalling the app permanently removes all associated data.
Radiant Mind is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
